Data and Trust
Trust must be designed before data is collected.
- Participation would be voluntary.
- Information would be collected only for clear purposes.
- Individuals would control what they share.
- Experiences would not be exposed publicly without permission.
- Aggregate reporting would require minimum privacy thresholds.
- Identifiable personal data would not be sold.
- Methodologies would be transparent.
- Bias and misuse would be actively monitored.
- Users would be able to withdraw or delete their information.
- Independent oversight would be considered essential.
- Institutional subscribers would not gain access to individual identities.
These are design commitments for the future Make It Better system. No personal lived-experience database is being operated through this marketing website.
